HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method, and other factors.
Customers outside of the US should allow up to 2-4 weeks' time for your order to arrive as our fulfillment center is based in the US.
SHIPPING COST?
Orders over $100 USD will have free shipping. (US only, Countries outside of US will have standard shipping fee apply)
Orders under $100 USD will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. The full price will be displayed at checkout.

We accept secure payments for all customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.

No, you do not need an account to place an order, optionally, you can create an account to better manage your order.

WHAT HAPPEN IF I PLACED AN WRONG ORDER?
If by mistake you placed an order that you do not want or the wrong item/wrong quantity, please email us at service@quevina.com, we will contact you shortly.
After reviewing the order, if the order has not been shipped, we will process your refund shortly.
If the order has been shipped, the customer should return the wrong/unwanted items upon receiving it (notice: customer will need to cover the return shipping cost).
Once we have received the returned item, we will process refund payment.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Depending on countries and locations, you may or may not receive a shipping tracking number for your order.

If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer a 100% refund.
HOW LONG BEFORE CAN I APPLY FOR RETURN AND REFUNDS?
We have a 7-days Return & Exchange Policy since the day item was received.
WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
HOW SHOULD I START A RETURN?
For returns, please email service@quevina.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
We will provide the customer with instructions on where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
When the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method shortly after.
